2 dead, more than 34 wounded in Cotabato pre-New year mall blast

At least two individuals were killed and 34 others were wounded after an improvised explosive device went off on Monday afternoon in front of South Seas Mall in Cotabato City as holidays shoppers rush for New Year’s celebration.
