Karapatan is set to participate in a public inquiry initiated by the Commission on Human Rights (CHR). CHR opened the session today, September 9, 2019, until September 13. In the said inquiry, civil society organizations, human rights defenders, and victims and kin of human rights violations will raise issues concerning widespread violations perpetrated against various sectors.
